Job Summary :
- Surgeway Biosciences is an Export Pharmaceutical company, which is part of a 38 year old group, and has exciting opportunities in the field of INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
- We are looking for International Business Development Executive who is going to
a) handle the existing countries like Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Myanmar, Zambia and Ghana.
(b) explore new territories like Ethiopia, Philippines, Vietnam, Papua New Guinea and other countries.
(c) Build our business in LATIN AMERICAN Markets.
- If the candidate performs well, they will have exposure to international travel, and attending international exhibitions.
- We are looking for ENTREPRENEURS who will contribute to their growth and the eventual growth of the company.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Export Business Development
- Interact with international clients, search and identify new markets and select products for registration.
- To conclude the business deals with the international clients, and take quick action for commercialization
- Co-ordinate with Regulatory Affairs for Samples, Document Deficiencies and Future Planning.
- Communications with international clients and regulatory authorities regularly, and developing a close rapport with them.
- Developing marketing (innovative sales promotion & brand building) and pricing strategies for those countries
- Any other activity which needs to be done on the international client's side or for the foreign country where the export needs to happen.
- Important - Use of Social Media and Online Tools, to find out clients in different countries and then connect with them, and convert them as importers
- New Market Development- Country research and importer research, sending initial emails, calling and fixing appointments to meet them.
- Basic Skills of Using Social Media Tools and keeping the pages updated with the latest news.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications :
- Atleast 3 years of experience in handling International Marketing for reputed Pharma Companies
- Looking for candidates who have experience in Finished Formulations (Drugs & Medicines)
- Responsible to explore overseas business opportunities, communicate to clients effectively to develop business, and increase sales.
- MBA/ Bachelor in Pharmacy/ Bachelor in Science (Preferred)
- Ability to work independently.
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Should be very comfortable with using Computers-Office (Word and excel), internet and emailing, as well as Google & other search engines.
- Experience in using Social Media and Saas for lead generation and management
Languages - Should be Fluent in English
