Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales documents, quotes, and proposals
- Maintain accurate records of sales data and customer information in the CRM system
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Monitor and track sales activities and provide regular reports to the sales team and management
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals
