Job Role :
- Team Creation i.e appointing junior team (Sales Officers)
- Super Stockist appointment and dealer appointment across both the states as per the terms & conditions of the company
- Launching the product in different markets and demonstrating the method of smart retailing to Junior team.
- Generating the desired business volume.
- Preparing the blue-print for the states and achieving the desired results as per the state.
Qualification : MBA Marketing
Experience : 3 - 10 years + in FMCG
Industry preference : Candidates having experience in FMCG Industry preferred Specially Soaps and cosmetics
