Growth Intern - Organic Marketing

Suraasa's Marketing & Growth team is looking for "Growth Intern(s)" to help scale our organic lead acquisition channels like masterclasses and SEO. You will be instrumental in developing marketing assets for the target audience, and also assisting the marketing team in related initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to witness and drive organic growth and awareness from 1 to 100 in a short span of time. If you are up for the challenge, then we are looking for you.

Duration: 3 Months

Location: Anywhere in the world, really

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Support the team in executing day-to-day processes related to hosting masterclasses, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.

2. Assist in the development and implementation of automated workflows using marketing automation tools.

3. Assist in the execution of SEO Activities

4. Staying updated on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to contribute innovative ideas and suggestions with team members.

Requirements

1. High interest in building and optimising marketing systems. Proven experience will be an added advantage

2. Excellent at using web research to learn and execute marketing operations in a structured manner

3. Excellent at written English

4. Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Make.com, WebEngage, Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.

5. Proficiency in using Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, and Slides).

6. Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of marketing and operations.

7. Passionate, enthusiastic, and respectful of everyone

8. Demonstrate team spirit, growth mindset, and never-giving-up attitude.
