Job Summary

This role requires someone who will be responsible for branding and promotion of categories as well as brands on the Supr Daily app. The candidate will work closely with the Category team, and coordinate with business function leaders and stakeholders to maximize discovery of our wide selection.

- Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and execute analysis to uncover areas of opportunity and present business recommendations that will help shape the direction of the marketing strategy on the app.

- Frequently conduct competitive analysis to identify competitive merchandising approach

- To collaborate with business teams in understanding the respective discovery challenges and strategize to solve them

- Liaison with Internal Ops team for day to day operations

- Understand business requirements and plan visibility interventions, provide briefs to creative team and ensure timely execution of Supr Daily's storefront

- Create category level visibility plan month on month, track actual vs plan and execute intervention to ensure delivery across categories and platform

- End to end responsibilities from planning to execution for platform sale Events and Monetization of homepage real estate

- Research and analyze data and market insights, to establish consumer needs and wants

- Plan and implement long-term development strategies for product categories

Requirements :

- Graduate or Post graduate degree in marketing, communications or business

- Previous working experience as category manager/ merchandising manager/ product marketing for 2 years is preferred

- Previous experience in e-commerce preferred

- Exposure to understanding of customer behavior, browsing and transacting trends, visual merchandising and execution

- Previous experience with marketing tools and understanding of basic digital marketing is a plus

- Skills & Attributes

- Ability to manage and liaise with multiple stakeholders independently

- Ability to formulate processes, plan and track metrics across teams

- Able to work with others in a fast-paced, team environment and to interact effectively with all levels of management

- Results oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can work individually with minimal supervision

- Ability to understand quickly and adapt to different need states and business requirements in an agile way

- Attention to detail and strong work ethic

- Adept at project management, ability to lead teams efficiently

- Should be open to working long hours/ on weekends

- SQL, MS Excel proficiency- Sound understanding of data visualization tools,plus the ability to learn our in-house tools quickly
