SuperSeva Global Services - Manager - Sales & Operations (5-10 yrs)
We are currently looking for 3 City Managers at 1) Bangalore, 2) Mumbai, 3) Hyderabad to handle business operations and sales for the location.
- The individual will be responsible for fulfilling individual sales targets.
- Upsell & cross-sell services through leads generated internally and with existing clients.
- Maintain relationships with clients and manage service escalation & grievances.
- Set up new business operations when needed.
- Supervise existing business operations and team management.
- Slowly will be taking care of zonal P&L responsibilities till GOP level.
The ideal candidate for positions.
- Candidates from the facilities/ logistics/ staffing services industry will be preferred
- Must have at least 5+ yrs of experience in sales & operations management
- Good interpersonal skills with a self-driven attitude.

- Salary up to INR 5.0 - 8.0 LPA depending upon individual skills & experience.
