SuperProcure - Product Consultant - Pre-Sales (2-6 yrs)

As a Product Consultant (Presales) at SuperProcure, you would provide clients with demo sessions, information and support related to the product. You educate customers about product features and benefits, answer questions, and assist with sales clouser. You will help prospective customers and partners to understand the importance of our product in their business. Your job will involve working closely with cross-functional product teams. We are looking to hire Product Consultants with excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills. Any previous experience with customer support, CRM, and cloud-based infrastructure will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Perform product demonstrations for both prospective clients and existing clients as needed

- Work with Sales / Business Development teams to identify and qualify business opportunities, identify key customer technical objections, and convert prospects to customers.

- Prepare and deliver product messaging to highlight our value proposition through presentations, product demonstration, and RFP response documents.

- Work independently with prospects/customers technical teams on technical scoping. During the process of scoping, you may be involved in complex workflow analysis and in-depth examination of the interaction between SuperProcure and the client's infrastructure.

- Maintain a through understanding of marketplace, competitors and industry trends in order to identify new business opportunities

Skills and Qualifications :

- Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in logistics domain.

- A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Engineering / Management or equivalent practical experience.

- Hands-on experience in Excel, Powerpoint.

- 1 - 3 years of experience as a technical sales engineer or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role.

- Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies.

- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers.
