SuperK - Regional Sales Lead (5-8 yrs)

- SuperK is the fastest-growing chain of supermarkets in Andhra Pradesh, we operate franchise owned franchise operated supermarkets working with local entrepreneurs in small towns of India. SuperK offers a full-stack solution to empower small format retail stores in Tier 3 and below towns by providing benefits of procurement, tech systems, intelligence, and marketing at scale to create a chain of mini supermarkets.

About the role :
- We are currently the largest supermarket chain of Andhra Pradesh with more than 150 stores launched in Rayalaseema region itself. We are looking for a Regional Sales Lead (Vijayawada Region) for SuperK who will lead the growth of new franchises across Coastal Andhra Pradesh.
What you will be doing ?
- Take ownership of store growth for the the region
- Work with the Growth Lead & formulate strategies for Store Growth in the region
- Hire and manage a team of 15+ Sales Managers spread across districts
- Conduct local events to create awareness of our business model and attract franchise partners
- Manage the lead funnel using and constantly improve the conversion rates
- Manage referral programs to get more leads through local influencers and networks
- Do a detailed analysis of the franchisee partners being onboarded into the system and ensure the franchisee partners understand and appreciate the value being provided.
- Partner with the store launch teams to ensure successful launches of new stores
What we would like to see in you ?
- Minimum educational qualification of Graduation is compulsory. Post Graduation would be an additional advantage.
- 5-8 years of experience in the sales and marketing field, preference for candidates with experience in Franchise Sales
- Should have managed teams of at least 10 people for a minimum of 3 years.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English & Telugu.
- Have high ownership, be a self-starter, and have attention to detail
- Love to travel and meet customers
