Superhero Toy Store - Manager - Marketing (3-5 yrs)

You will be a one-person team responsible for digital marketing, branding, communications and promotions for the company including ideating, formulating and executing all of our marketing strategies from start to finish. You will be responsible for driving traffic to the website and tracking the effectiveness of the same.

Social Media : Undertake digital marketing and social media management for the brand across all social platforms

Campaign Planning : Create new and engaging promotional and engagement campaigns

Affiliations & Alliances : Create partnerships and affiliations for Superhero Toy Store helping leverage the same to drive brand awareness and growth, including cross promotions

Blog : Manage Blog content for Superhero Toy Store

- Emailer Marketing

Marketing Spends Management : Handling ad spends across Google AdWords, Facebook + Instagram advertising platforms. Maximize ROI by using your creative and analytical skills to plan and write ads, plan campaign strategy, analyze traffic statistics and manage the marketing budget effectively

Customer interactions : Interact across various customer groups on platforms to develop engagement with customers

PR : Reach out to journalists and magazine to establish rapports and help generate PR for the company

Brand Management : The person will be responsible to carefully curate the brand and the image to generate greater recall, traction & loyalty Marketing and creative direction Coordinate with internal/external create agencies for creatives. Candidate should be able to write a comprehensive brief, evaluate creatives and give creative feedback when required.


Requirements :

1. Any person either an MBA / BMS / BCom Degree / Marketing Graduates

2. Digital Marketing experience of 3 years is a must

3. Should be staying in Mumbai ONLY

4. Photoshop skills will be beneficial

5. A person with a great understanding of e-commerce

6. Good Knowledge of social media marketing

7. Strong analytical and reasoning skills to identify key metrics and bench marking them vs. industry standard including google analytics and social media analytics

8. Keen interest in digital marketing and advertising, e-commerce and pop-culture

9. Excellent communication skills

10. Excel knowledge is a must
