Sunpure - Regional Manager - Sales (12-18 yrs)
- Overall responsibility for sales and growth in the state/region
- Develop detailed plan and strategy to increase market share and plan for introduction of new products
- Identify and grow new customers in the region/state
- Responsible for development of promotional offers and schemes based on inputs received from sales force
- Responsible for preparation of annual sales budget and monthly sales forecasting for the state/region
- Monitor status of new product development and resolve bottlenecks to ensure its timely launch
- Review sales MIS prepared by Sales Executive - MIS on a monthly basis
- Ensure adequate sales force has been deployed to achieve sales target
- Review attendance of sales force and submit the attendance report to HR - Executive for payroll processing
- Conduct interview of sales force and ASM and submit feedback to NSH for approval
