SunPro Group - Sales Coordinator (0-6 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Achieve Sales from Existing Customer ECEP.
- Pre-sales support to customers which include giving knowledge of company products, handling queries of sales Customer.
- Optimum use of SAP BY TEAM.
- ISO related works allocated to her.
- Error-free Sales Order Punching in SAP.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Taking regular feedback from the customers for service after sales support.
- Respond to emails from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Coordinate with sales team by managing customer's schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
- Maintain all records for sent quotations, Proforma Invoices & Booking Orders, Rate Calculators.
