Position: Sales Officer

- Experience: 5+ Yrs.-, Minimum 3+ years recent experience from FMCG

- Location: India -

- Qualification: - Any Graduate with flair of Sales, Should know the Local Language, Hindi and English.

Strategic & Planning Responsibilities:

- Translates the overall sales strategy / targets to regional /territory levels and share with the sales team; adheres to the timelines and mechanisms for regular review the performance against the set targets and provide guidance and support to the team for identified issues and challenges

Functional Responsibilities :

- Responsible for overall operations for Assigned Territory.

- Responsible for Approaching New Prospect to close the deal.

- Responsible for Appointment of Distributors & have continuous update about their requirements & to assist in difficulties faced by them

- Responsible for Hiring, Training / motivating the sales team, as per the budget allocated on approval and in consensus with the regional manager.

- Responsible for Managing Distributors and SO /TSI team from vendor /on payroll on day to day basis.

- Responsible to Research about Rivals Scheme, Promotion Activity & marketing campaigns etc.

- Responsible to captivate the new marketing plans and execute as per the ATL /BTL schemes promoted by head office to boost up the sales.

- Responsible to avail a record the stock of various distribution and available inventory for product and Marketing & Promotional Tools Regularly.

- Responsible for Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants.

- Compiles & Submit the marketing & sales data as decided by the management from time to time.

- Responsible for achieving Sales Target (i.e. Coverage & Sales Revenue)

- Regularly meet Distributors for feedback and special proposal.

Additional Attributes :

- Person with Pleasant Personality, Calm and Composed but aggressive to drive the Sales Team

- Should have good interpersonal and written communication Skills.

- Should be able to do punctual coordination update task List to various managers concerned.
