3. Product demonstration (static and dynamic)
4. Presentation of offer
5. Handling of objections/ difficult customer interface/ negotiation
6. Closure of sale
7. Delivery of new vehicle
8. Follow-up after delivery, build and enhance customer relationship
9. Build and expand customer database
