Sunanda Group - Sales Supervisor (2-7 yrs)

- Responsible for sales targets in region by generating channel sales

- Responsible for dealer development, appointment and servicing dealers of our products in the region

- Responsible for revenue collections and maintaining good financial discipline in the channel

- Responsible for implementing dealer policy of company

- Assist distributors in secondary sales with retailer order collections

- Assist distributors and retailers in demand generation for their stock

- Provide technical product knowledge to end customers, distributors and retailers

- Conduct technical information sharing/demand generation meetings, events as per company's planning

- Scout new projects/leads in residential, commercial and repair segment in order to generate orders.

- Follow distribution nodes as defined by the assigned beat plan

- Maintain business relationships with retailers and meet sales targets.

- Manage and execute branding activities, product placements in the market

- Monitor Competition moves, activities, and plans and report to supervisor.

- Follow escalation matrix and immediately escalate customer issues to higher management for quick resolution.

- Be aligned towards companies- policies regarding reporting, attendance, market visit norms, and daily reports.

- Generate product demand by providing technical solutions to clients - architects, builders contractors

- Supervise implementation of projects as and when needed to ensure superior quality and customer satisfaction

- Carry out samples at various client sites on an as-needed basis

- Handle construction chemicals at various stages of construction/ repairs/ maintenance

- Carry out training programs with local applicators and contractors to increase awareness of products

Job Specification :

- Prior experience in sales of building materials

- Minimum experience of 2-5 year in sales/ BD

- 2-wheeler & Smartphone must.

- Enthusiastic, Punctual and Well-groomed.

- Language Known- Hindi, English, Marathi.

- Open for travelling of about 50-60km per day
