Role: Key Account Manager Mumbai (B2B Business)

Role Description:

- Map western India B2B market for soil nutrients

- To evaluate customer needs, market conditions, competitor data and approach market ahead of competition

- Develop customised strategy for each customer segment

- Develop relationships and acquire customers

- Provide steady growth by increasing share of wallet of the customer

- Introduce new lines of business by expanding crop selection

- To formulate innovative ideas to create product awareness and image of the company

- Partner with educational and research institutes in making a case for superiority of Suma Agro humates over competition

- To act effectively with Management taking proactive role in improving company's overall performance

Education : B Sc Agriculture, MBA not essential

Experience : Five years of B2B business development experience out of which at least two years of experience of working in Agri Input business

Language Proficiency : English, Hindi, Marathi (essential), Guajarati (desired)
