Sula - Senior Manager - Marketing - Hospitality Sector (4-7 yrs)
Designation: Sr. Manager - Hospitality Operations
Location: Bangalore
The person will be responsible for overseeing the hospitality operations including marketing and business development activities to drive more visitors at Kadu winery
Key Responsibilities:
(between 5 and 7 key tasks)
- Organize and coordinate operations to ensure maximum efficiency
- Supervise and evaluate staff
- Ensure supplies and equipment are adequate in quantity and quality
- Handle customer complaints when necessary
- Assist in pricing products or services
- Assume responsibility of budgeting and monitoring expenses
- Enforce adherence to regulations and quality standards
- Ensure all records are kept properly and consistently
- Review and prepare reports for senior management
- Coordinate with the Marketing team at HO for various execution of promotional activities
- Tie up with Corporates and other institutions for developing business for KW
Years of Experience: Minimum 4 years into hotel industry
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management / MBA in marketing
Required Traits: Customer service, supervisory, management and creative skills, Problem Solving attitude, Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Person should know the local language (Kannad)
Industry Preference: Hospitality / Hotel Industry
