Brand Manager - Beluga

Location - Mumbai

Job Role: -We are looking for a highly motivated fully dedicated Commercial & Marketing manager to lead and to be responsible for development of Beluga business within different channels in India territory.

Desired Skill & Traits:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Alco - Bev Industry

- Proven expertise in marketing or/and commercial management

- Excellent communications and presentation level

- Profound knowledge and business contacts in HoReCa and Retail of India

- Ability and willingness to frequent business trips within zone of responsibility

- Bartender skills (optional but desirable)

Key Responsibilities:-

- Responsible for contribute actively into annual brand planning process for Indian market

- Make sure that aligned brand plans are executed on time within the allocated budget

- Control and maintenance of the whole available on-trade database in country

- Control and activations in relevant outlets across of India

- Regular field visits and negotiations with HoReCa accounts

- Control of rotation increase within HoReCa channel as per brand sales targets

- Product trainings to all market channels

- Initiating and managing events

- Develop and implement on-trade incentive programs, promo-activations and branding projects in the key accounts within the area

- Coordination of all other key marketing activities within the area (exhibitions, on-trade POSM development and distribution, other image projects)

- Implementation of global marketing campaigns, owning responsibility delivering all marketing programs in accordance Brand Guide lines

- Creation of all local reporting, quarterly marketing reports, monthly sales reports with practical insights, 1/2 year review, FY planning and contribution

- Act as the main point of contact regarding marketing activities for global brand team
