SUGAR Cosmetics - Manager - Retail - Modern Trade (1-5 yrs)
SUGAR Cosmetics (www.SugarCosmetics.com) is one of India's fastest growing cosmetics brand and is currently in the middle of rapidly expanding its team and operations. Our Retail team is hiring for the position of Retail Manager, Modern Trade to manage one of our MT accounts.
Job Responsibilities:
- Nationally responsible & accountable for Modern Trade business.
- Managing relationship with the concerned Modern Trade chains.
- Recruiting, training, managing day to day performances of BAs and pushing Same-store sales growth (SSSG).
- Managing vendors and Visual Merchandising.
- Negotiating TOT/JBP/Other strategic initiatives, Monitoring performance and taking corrective actions.
- Formulation of Account-wise Joint Business Plan (JBP).
- Stores monthly plan to be prepared and shared with concerned Sales team and Modern Trade chains
- Data analyses, gap analyses Activity plan in the store
- Review counter performance
- Managing inventory level at Modern Trade stores
- Setting MBQs
- Coordinating POs
- Monitoring Fillrate
- Analyzing slow movers
- Liquidation plan for slow movers
- Managing VRFs with all the concerned Modern Trade chains
- Keep track competition market share in Modern Trade stores
Job Qualification:
- Excellent communication, analytical, team-building & problem-solving skills; exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity & initiative to achieve corporate goals
- Modern Retail Sales experience is preferred
- Education: Graduate/Post Graduate
- Work experience: Minimum 1-2 years
Compensation: Depends on experience
