Job Description :

The ideal candidate for this role is that you are a proven sales performer or an enthusiastic person who can adept in direct-to-consumer consultative sales. Individual with outstanding communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills. Experience in EdTech sales would be an advantage

Profile :

- Student Success Manager

- Planning and managing Career counselling sessions.

- Converting leads from digital marketing to successful student enrolment

- Team building and management

- Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career path and understanding how we can catalyze their career.

- Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes making phone, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.

- Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads

- Carrying weekly enrolment/revenue and delivery target

- Maintaining data and reports on a daily basis.

Salary : CTC up to 4.5 lakhs
