Inside Sales & Business Development Associates/Executives: (Lead-Generation: Inside sales/Online Sales & e-Marketing): This is a great opportunity for Candidate's having some Online Sales & Marketing experience (inside and field) looking to take their career to the next level.

Job Responsibilities :

- To identify new business prospects leveraging all channels (Cold Calling, Networking, Market Research, Marketing campaigns, etc.) and develop a strategic relationship with key decision makers or influence'rs for the procurement of solutions offered at STURDILY BUSINESS SERVICES.

- To engage with prospects to identify their Business-drives, Objectives and Goals, Organizational Structures, Existing Technology & Technological Landscapes and Future Technology needs.

- Working on Opportunities through Deal Management Processes including Lead qualification, First Demos and RFP Management Process by coordinating with different parts of the STURDILY Organization including but not limited to Pre-Sales, Product Management, Client Services etc.

- To coordinate Business efforts with the Marketing Team and any other supporting parties to qualify and convert Identified Prospects into Leads and opportunities of Business.

- To Increase and continually promote STURDILY BUSINESS SERVICES in the market and act as the point of contact for new business leads.

Requirements:

Qualification Requirements: Freshers, 12th passed, Experienced between: 06 months to 01-years, MBA/BBA/MMM/BMM/BBM/MBM- Sales & Marketing fresher's to 06 months experienced, any Graduate Fresher's or Experienced having Domestic/International- BPO, KPO, Call Centre (Voice, Semi-Voice, Back Office) experience with fluency in English are welcome.

(M.E, M.Tech, PHD-holders, M.Sc, BCA, MCA candidates not required).

Experience required: Fresher's with good verbal & written skills in English, basic computer knowledge, and/or 0.6 months to 01year experience with BPO/KPO & Call Centers can apply.

Skill-Sets Required:

- Looking for Candidates with Domestic / International- BPO, KPO or Call Centre (Voice, Semi-Voice) experience

- Experience in Sales, On-line Sales & Marketing, Lead & Demand Generation, Market Research, and Digital Marketing

- Knowledge with Excellent English Communication & Presentation skills, Business Development, Basic Computer

- Knowledge, Leadership Qualities, Young, Enthusiastic, Energetic and Positive Attitude

Salary Range Offered: 1) Fresher- s: Rs.10,000 to 13,000 per month + Incentives.

Experienced (06 months to 01 years): Rs.13,500 to 18,000 per month + Incentives.

Office Timings: Fixed Shift: 06.30 P.M (Evening) to 04.30 A.M (Morning).

Weekly Fixed Offs & Holidays: Saturday - Sunday fixed weekly Offs, along with Holidays as per the International (U.S Calendar Holidays) Calendar.
