Job Description:
As a Exam Counsellor specializing in the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) category, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic business opportunities within the UPSC segment. You will play a crucial role in expanding the company's reach, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving sales of products and services tailored to UPSC exam preparation.
Responsibilities:
- Motivate and guide students.
- Provide information about StudyIQ courses.
- Help them to make better informed decisions.
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
Requirements: -
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the education sector and specifically for UPSC exams is a must.
- Strong understanding of the UPSC exam structure
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Extensive sales experience.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding sales targets
