Job Description :
- Recruitment of Field Sales Representatives (PAN India)
- Field Sales & Product Training to Sales Reps/Retail-Group Stores
- Replacement of Non-performers, New Recruitment
- On-The-Go full time, traveling for training or business-related activities.
- Approaching major group stores (Key Accounts/Corporate Sales) - Target Based
- Regular Reporting of the team and himself.
- Target & Deadline champion (Sales, Money Collection, New Accounts)
- Traveling Extensively to other cities/states (75%)
Desired Candidate :
- Polished Personality
- Excellent Communication Skills, English Mandatory
- Ability to travel at any time (75%)
- Ability to sell in any market.
- Cold Calling, Lead Generation role (Customer Facing)
- Experience of at least 3-4 years
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Emails & Internet
- Graduate & an Excellent Sales Trainer
- We are looking for an excellent Salesperson who could recruit, manage and train the Sales staff as well.
- Salary is not a constraint for the right, deserving and skilled candidate.
- Commissions/Incentives on Target Achievement and as per Company Policy.
