Student Counselor - Sales - Education (1-6 yrs)
Job Requirements and Responsibilities :
- Make phone calls to prospective study abroad aspirants and explain about the services and
benefits provided by the company.
- Take appropriate action for every call till the study abroad aspirant registers with UniAway.
- Should be able to answer fundamental questions from the leads and direct them to counselors.
- Maintain customer satisfaction ratings based on explicit criteria set forth by the company.
- Attend mandatory training sessions to stay updated on product or company policy changes
- Use company policies to determine if there can be an immediate resolution to a customer issue or if that issue requires managerial input.
- Input data into the company computer platform to update each customer record.
Minimum Qualification and Skills :
- Prior Tele-calling and Sales experience is a must
- Degree Required
- Overseas Education experience is an additional advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- High level of professionalism
- Problem-solving and Analytical abilities
- Moderate Computer skills
