Job Responsibilities :

- Lead generation through cold calling, setting up demos with BD manager

- Closing the client with the help of BD manager

- Meeting your monthly targets

- Keeping track of all leads generated and following up with them on a regular basis

- Updated with market trends, electronic devices, up selling

Experience: 0-1 Years

Qualification: 12th Pass

Language: English Fluent(Required), Hindi, Marathi( Basic Required)

Salary: 3k to 5k per month Fixed + Incentive: Based on the conversion scale

- On an average you can take up-to 8k per month if you have performed optimally

- If you perform exceptionally well, your salary can be increased up to 10-12 months

- Post 3 months if your performance has been exceptionally good, you will be offered a BD executive role as well.

Timings: Monday to Friday, Saturday work from home

Log in duration: 6 hours a day + - hour break
