Our client is a leading institute that provides services for every step towards studying abroad such as preparatory courses, counselling services, pre-departure orientation etc. With over 20 centres in multiple countries, they are well-known for a high percentage of their students admitting into ivy league schools and attaining excellent scores and scholarships.
You will be responsible for :
- Counselling students on test prep products for education abroad over phone
- Assisting students in selecting the correct course
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximise share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships with other internal stakeholders.
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2C sales / telesales/ telecalling/ telemarketing/ telecounseling, ideally within the Education industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are confident, highly goal driven and have strong influencing and negotiation skills.
- You are a self-starter and can work well in fast paced environments
