Position : Inside Sales

Location: Hyderabad

Experience : 2-3 Years of inside sales and/or concept selling experience.

Job Description : 

- To lead Hospital engagement (hunting, farming, harvesting) and onboarding function for the region assigned and increase StratMed network by acquiring new clients.

Major Responsibilities :

- Include new client pitching, research and lead generation and follow-ups in the assigned geography in conjunction with AOP and the Regional Business Team.

- As brand evangelist, pitch the story of how we effectively improve the performance of our member Hospitals, reduce cost, and thus positively impact patient care.

- Build deep relationships and networks with C-suite executives within the identified Healthcare facilities in the region.

- Lead the market research function in the region to identify new business opportunities, existing trends, and ensure long-term success of the company.

- Own the client relationship management function within the region, interact with key clients to maintain strong member relationships.

Essential Must-have Skills :

- Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales figures achievement both individually and with highly successful teams.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to generate excitement around products and services.

- Exceptional interpersonal, influencing and networking skills to drive client engagement and collaboration.

- Hands-on experience with CRM software, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
