Strathspey - Area Sales Manager (7-15 yrs)
Roles & responsibilities :
- Meets regularly with regional clients
- Observes competitor strategies within the assigned region
- Outlines efficient sales strategies
- Responds to regional client needs with solutions from the company
- Developing territory business plans that will grow the business
- Developing and maintaining customer relationships
- Providing sales training to Medical Representatives
- Developing sales and business development strategies
- Monitoring and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities
- Preparing and presenting reports to the sales team and leadership
- Recommending improvements to sales processes and strategies
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
- Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
- Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
- Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
- Prepare and submit reports to the Sales Head
