We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about inside sales, and are self-driven. We are looking for Software sales candidates with a sense of urgency, high energy levels, a positive & winning attitude, and an outstanding capacity to understand customer problems & position the product/service as a solution.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Identifying new business development opportunities in global and domestic markets.

2. Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels (Upwork, Freelancer, PPH etc.)

3. Relationship management with existing and potential clients.

4. Understanding and analysing business & technical requirements from clients.

5. Quality checking on company's sales processes.

6. Developing and implementing new marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales goals and revenues.

7. Networking to gain potential leads.

Required Skills :

1. Minimum 2 year of working experience as a Business Development Executive/Manager role in an IT company.

2. Must have working experience in Upwork.

3. Must have knowledge of web and mobile applications development practices.

4. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.

5. Must have a deep understanding of marketing principles.

6. Must be self-motivated and a good team player.

7. Must have strong decision-making, and problem solving skills.
