The Job

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual and offline/ telephonic Counselling and Consulting sessions with students interested in pursuing masters in Colleges/Universities in India or Abroad.

- Guide students to choose from a wide variety of college options and programmes offered.

- Understand the college requirements and match the student's profile with the eligibility criteria.

- Strategically construct content that develops student interest and meet business needs.

- Comprehending and breaking down complicated information and offer advice to students for higher education.

- Assist in preparing and filing student application forms in various Colleges

- Guiding students on the Visa process and Visa applications for Overseas Colleges

- Work on developing various Processes and Training material for the Team

- Participate in educational activities such as Exhibitions and Events as and when required

- Any other role that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements - Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

- Excellent Communication skills is required to be good on the job

- You must be able to recognize, define and quantify individual student strengths, needs, chances and interests and match it to the top universities which will address these most competently and where he/she has the maximum chances of admission.

- Interpersonal (mediation) skills are required to be able to solve problems that may arise between Colleges, parents and students, as the case may be.

- Experience of 0-3 years of working in a similar role or capacity.

- You are a strong networker & relationship builder

- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience

- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
