Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively address their concerns.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Account Growth and Expansion:
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Bacancy Technology's services.
- Develop account expansion strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business within existing accounts.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with Bacancy Technology's business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges.
- Work with clients to understand their business goals and align Bacancy Technology's offerings accordingly.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
- Liaise with project managers, delivery teams, and other departments to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities for strategic accounts.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor key account metrics, such as customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and retention.
- Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders on the status of strategic accounts.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic account management within the technology industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions
