It is regarding job opening as Strategic Account Manager-

Location- Delhi & Bangalore

To ensure retention of the contracted business volumes and then increase the share of wallet by a % target as agreed with management

- To Obtain 100% Price Increase whilst ensuring the client remains content with the value of services delivered

- To lead and manage the development and negotiation of Bids and pricing structures for new business with the client in liaison with other required members of the Account team.

- To work with the Business Development team, (as part of an Account team) on new client bids and then take on the future Account Management responsibilities after the business has been won.

- To ensure that any current or new contracts conform with commercial, legal and ethical standards

- To coordinate and sign off on a thorough Transition program which will implement new business in line with contract terms whilst ensuring full client satisfaction.

- Coordinate with Service Delivery Managers to ensure that all parts of deliver the required service to the client in a seamless manner and do so through the application of clear operating procedures and client meeting schedules

- To internally promote the importance of the Strategic Clients to all parts of the team

- To ensure that interaction with the client is developed at the most appropriate level on a day to day basis whilst also ensuring close relationships with the most senior level decision maker, (e.g. Security Director and above) whilst also utilizing the most effective range of senior managers to further enhance relationships.

- To action required level of face to face meeting with the clients decision makers and to undertake site visits as appropriate

- To research and understand the clients wider business interests and direction within its market sector and as required utilize this information to further strengthen the business relationship with the client

- To liaise with other departments to understand the wider market position and upcoming trends and apply this knowledge toward improving and expanding the business relationship with the client
