Position: Pre-Sales Associate

Location: Bangalore

Strata has raised a total of $7.5M in funding over 2 rounds. Their latest funding was $6 million, raised on Jul 29, 2021, from a Series A round. Our backers include Elevation Partners, Mayfield, Kotak Investment Advisory & Gruhas.

Responsibilities :

- Generation of leads through telephonic outreach from the assigned base of clients across market segments geographies.

- Handling Escalation from clients.

- Generating interest for buying/site visit in ongoing launches.

- Relationship development with the assigned client base through regular interactions to drive walk-ins

- Liaise with the Investment Management team with updates on the clients contacted.

- Managing workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals.

- Maintain clear records on CRM with reporting of call activity

- Drive process improvements to reduce complaints and increase customer delight

- Drive customer centricity and sensitivity. Must have:

- 1 - 5 years of experience in Real Estate/call centre Skill Set

- Knowledge of excel, PPT

- People Skills

- Strong command of English with clear Pronunciation and Grammar

- Additional Regional Language fluency is appreciated

- Adaptability & Learning

- Able to work under pressure

- Possess strong interpersonal skills
