Job Description :

- We are looking for a B2B Lead Generation Specialist who will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new sales leads to support the Marketing and Sales Activities.

- The person should be able to identify new business prospects from multiple sources including inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, and discovery.

Job Responsibilities :

a.) B2B Email List Building: Researching, finding opportunities, and generating verified email lists from various sources eg. Google Search, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

b.) Web Scraping: Targeted Email List building would require scraping various websites, Google search, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, etc. No code web scraping tools like Parsehub, Octoparse, Data miner, etc. are widely used during various stages of the list building process.

c.) As a Lead Generation specialist, you'd be extensively using Work Email Finders and Email verifiers for finding and validating work email addresses. Sound knowledge of various work email finder/verifier tools and email validity and deliverability is required.

d.) Extensive use of LinkedIn Sales Navigator for building fresh lead and account lists. You should have prior experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and should be familiar with creating complex searches using native search filters in Sales Navigator.

e.) As a Lead Generation specialist, you would take care of defining, strategizing, launching, maintaining outbound campaigns both on LinkedIn and Email. Sound Knowledge of Email deliverability, cold email marketing tools, sales development, etc. is appreciated.

f.) Manage data for new and prospective clients in Hubspot.com, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached, as well as reporting and follow-up activities meet the organization requirements.

g.) At last and above all, we're looking for someone who can keep up with the latest trends in the lead generation space, someone who's agile, is coachable, can learn on his/her own, and appreciates technology and tools over manual labor.

Job Requirements :

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience on B2B lead generation marketing.

- Experience with lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Nav, Phantombuster.com, Snov.io, UiPath, Mailshake, or other similar automation tools.

Note: The applicant should be comfortable with both the timings, Day Shift Timings as well as the US Shift Timings.
