Roles and Responsibilities:
- Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products.
- Accurately recording details of customers- purchase orders.
- Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
- Generating promising leads.
- Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products.
- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of products to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
About the candidate :
- Self-starter who thrives in a start-up and fast-paced environment.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a Telesales.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Ability to learn about products and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
