Storysellers Film - Client Servicing Role (1-3 yrs)
Job Purpose - The candidate shall be responsible be the direct point of contact between new/existing clients and the internal teams.
Main Purpose of the position / Key responsibility areas :
1. Create and develop a communication channel between client and internal teams.
2. One of the key responsibilities shall be scoping projects and providing accurate estimates in a timely manner.
3. Co-ordinate with internal departments for briefings and the amends process ensuring efficient, timely and accurate completion of briefs/tasks.
4. Perform preliminary research and gather actionable data for briefs.
5. Ensure all financials in terms of job estimation, billing and collection happens timely.
6. Encourage revenue growth by inspiring clients to purchase additional services
Skills :
- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Basic prowess of design software such as Canva shall be an advantage.
- Competencies A confident and self-motivated individual with nature flair to problem solving and collaborate with clients and internal partners.
- Approach client requests with pace, tact and diplomacy.
- Demonstrable customer relationship management
