About the Role :

Story Digital is looking for a Specialist in the field of Paid Media & Performance Marketing who will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategies for various brands & businesses. In addition to this, this role requires the candidates to be data & solution focused.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Media Planning for all Paid Channels - Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, Twitter, Linkedin, Native Ad Networks

2. Deliver results in line with client objectives and KPIs

3. Plan and propose media channels and campaign types to achieve objectives

4. Recommend and implement optimisations for enhanced performance

5. Test, Measure, Learn - as a lifecycle on all the paid media activities executed through continuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats.

6. Track & analyse activity results and progress.

7. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

8. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points

9. Managing multiple ad accounts for paid advertising

What you need :

1. 1+ Years of relevant work experience in Digital Media Paid Marketing.

2. Must-Have past experience working with any Ad/ Digital/ Creative Agency or in the ANM sector

3. Have hands on knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Facebook Power Editor, Keyword Planner, and other ad networks are a bonus

4. Have experience with D2C or E-commerce brands for ROAS / ROI based campaigns

5. Have an experience with Research Tools such as SEMRush or AdBeat or SimilarWeb

6. Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment.

7. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent.
