Overview :

Story Digital is looking for a creative content writer who can trigger actions, reactions and emotions with their words. At Story Digital, the Content Writer plays a major role in both copy and content writing to achieve marketing outcomes across multiple online and offline platforms and channels to help brands grow.

Day-to-day responsibilities include :

- Conducting preliminary market research & competition analysis

- Social Media campaign planning

- Content writing for brand initiation and engagement strategies

- Copy-writing for marketing and re-marketing strategies as well as brand assets

- Monitoring marketing trends on Social Media

- Preparing Pitch Decks and Proposals

- Coordinating with Graphic Designers, Digital Marketers and Clients

- Managing clients- Social Media pages

- Assessing curated content for effectiveness and course correction

- Generating engagement reports for internal assessment and clients- perusal

- Exploring the complete gamut of the features of various social media platforms designed for marketers

- Proof-reading

- Acting passively as a Digital Marketer to understand performance metrics of live ads

What you need :

- Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing and Speaking); Excellent Grammar and Vocabulary and a habit to read, read and read.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Language Studies, Advertising or related fields.

- Comprehensive experience with social media as an active user on multiple platforms - Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.

- Fondness for tweeting and an ability to play with words to trigger emotions.

- Excellent levels of awareness in the fields of Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Politics, Apparel, Sports and Marketing.

- Excellent editing and proof-reading skills.

- Applicants must have a laptop of their own.

Experience in Content Writing/Strategising shall be considered a plus.
