Job Description :

Reporting Relationship : Would be directly reporting to Area Operations Manager

Key responsibilities :

- Driving Sales & Providing Customer Service at Store Level

a. Driving the sales of the assigned stores to meet there monthly/ quarterly and annual targets

b. Driving and focusing on providing the customer services thereby increasing the Net Promoter Score (NPS) for the store

c. Driving the culture of high sales performance expectations, i.e. SALES Leadership

d. Motivating and inspiring field team to drive for results

e. Review financial performance at regional level to identify improvement opportunities.

f. Serve as critical strategy planning link between Corporate and the field organization.

g. Translate corporate goals including financial returns, sales growth and market share, into business plans.

Candidate Profile :

- Full time Graduate/ Post Graduate with 3-4 years years of relevant experience in retail/QSR industry.


- Demonstrated experience of working in process oriented and high quality work environments.

- Fluent communication skills both written and verbal; and a good orator.

- Strong basic mathematics skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

- Should have hands on experience working on Microsoft Office- Including Excel, PPT & Word

- Awareness of current fashion trends.

- Strong inter-personal skills (friendly, caring- & patient)

- Sales oriented

- Strong Management/leadership skills.

- Strong organizational skills.

- Strong team builder

- Familiarity with cash register, computer and calculator

Budget : Upto 6 LPA plus Incentives 15 KPM

Working Days : 6 Days a Week ( to )
