Store Manager - Sales - Jewellery (5-10 yrs)

Job Description :

- Achieve monthly/annual Sales target

- Handle entire store operations

- Convert high-value customer queries into sales

- Play a lead role and provide guidance to the team

- Should have customer-centric approach

- Should focus on making the store profitable and cut down costs.

- Participation in the jewelry and other outdoor exhibitions

- Flexible in time and work, based on the requirement

- Prepare appropriate merchandise mix for store as per customer requirements.

- Identify stock gaps on regular intervals

- Ensure zero stock loss at store

- Identify various opportunities to increase foot-falls at the store

- Should be able to give feedback to marketing and merchandise team on consumer behavior and reasons for non-purchase

- Responsible for achieving Top Line and Bottom Line

- Ensuring adherence to SOPs of the company & focus on KPIs - ASP, diamond shape etc.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- 5+ years of experience as a store manager.

- Look for candidates who have extensively worked with Jewelry brands.(Mandatory).

- Candidates who have experience with Luxury brands are preferred.

- Excellent communication skills.
