Store Manager - Retail Sales - Premium Athlete Brand (2-8 yrs)
We are seeking for a Retail Store Manager who will be responsible for overall operation of the store including maximizing sales, developing staff, controlling expenses and shortages and all aspects of merchandising, inventory control and cash management in Delhi location.
Brief :
Salary Package : upto 7 Lakhs per annum (CTC)
Gender : Male
Age Bar : Upto 33 years
Location : Bangalore
Qualification : Graduation( Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities Include :
- Recruiting, hiring, leading and coaching sales team to ensure growth and profitability through KPI's.
- Monitoring leads and branch goal attainment to drive sales results.
- Monitoring all aspects of branch inventory and cash management including Shrinkage control.
- Handling member complaints through to resolution.

Must Required :
Presentation : As the industry is into customer service, we are looking for the incumbent with pleasing personality & a smile on face.
Communication : Good verbal & written communication both in "English & Hindi" is a Must.
Age Factor : Young blood with enthusiasm in nerves are welcome up-to 30 Years.
Experience : Overall 3 years of experience in any established Retail format & Minimum 3 Years of experience in Leadership Role is mandatory to be eligible.
Industry : Managers from Apparels / Accessories / Sport-Wear / Telecom / Electronics Industry are eligible.
