One of our client a leading Retail set up with operations in 5 cities in India & is the fastest growing Retail companies in India headquartered in Delhi, The client have almost 50 retails stores across India. It deals with apparels & footwear & operates franchise stores some of the leading Global apparel & Footwear Brands.

We are looking for Retail store Manager ( Retail store operations) for (Ahmedabad) office of the client

1) Client -Retail set up ( Multibrand Footwear & Accessories)

2) Position- Retail Store Manager ( Operations)

3) Location : Ahmedabad

4) Experience- 2- 6 years of relevant experience in managing operations of retails stores preferably

footwear / Apparel/Garments / accessories

5) Qualification -Any

THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS : 

Brief Description About the Company :

The client is a leading retail company dealing in apparel and foot wares, having a franchise store at Pan India

Role and responsibilities : 

1. Finalize and drive store level sales to achieve the budgeted topline and bottom line

2. Retail Business Development, New Projects set up, Brands handling & Store Operations.

3. Manage and supervise the retail sales & service of Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs upper North)

4. Analyze brand/category performance with the Territory Concept Managers to ensure the right product mix for the store 


5. Ensure adherence to retail standards

6. Implement and adhere to the SOPs for all retail operations

7. Track and minimize shrinkage, damage and pilferage within norms

8. Supervise the store cash management as per SOPs

9. Drive the Retail Sales of Gift Vouchers on the floor

10. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations for the store

11. Running Day-to-Day Retail Operations of stores

12. Manpower Handling, Recruitment, Training & Development, Retention of staffs

13. Inventory Management

14. Adhering to Visual Merchandising guidelines and Store Maintenance
