Store Manager - Retail (3-7 yrs)
We are seeking applications Store Supervisor who have the passion to excel their career in Fast Fashion Retail Brands.
Position will be
- Store Manager ( MALE and FEMALE )
- Salary up to 45 K in hand + Incentives (Depending on Experience)
- Experienced with good communication and looks are eligible
- Compulsory Weekend working
- Graduates / MBA - All can apply
- Age 18-30 Years
- Shift Starts from 11:00 am (Day Shift) (9 Hours Shift)
JOB AND RESPONSIBILITIES @ THE STORE -
Front end / Retail Sales and operations & handling a team/Multiple stores.
Job Responsibility :
1 Proficiency in analyzing data / Coordination with HO.
2.Daily reporting for sales figures /Stock management /Commission statements/ Walk in report
3.Target orientated/ Sales Performance / competitive tracking of other brands.
4 .To make sure stores achieve weekly / monthly target etc (both value and quantity
5.Man management and administration of multiple stores
6.Recruitment and Co ordination for the same with HR
7.On job training of sales staff, Grooming / hygiene of sales staff
8. Administration of Stores - AMC's of AC / laptop / computers / printers / pest controls.
9.Visual merchandising & Branding
To Implement the Visuals merchandising as per HO's instructions.
