Store Manager - Retail (2-5 yrs)
- Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Reaching sales targets and increasing profits
- Dealing with customer service issues such as queries and complaints
- Interviewing and recruiting new staff
- Supervising departmental managers and organizing training
- Organizing rotas and holidays
- Overseeing stock control and receiving orders (get that wrong and you've got an empty shop)
- Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements.
Note : Knowledge of MS office, excel formulas is must.
