Store Manager/Leader - Sales - Cookware Manufacturing (2-5 yrs)
Hiring Store Manager for a leading global cookware manufacturing company in India.
Job responsibilities:-
Supervise sales associates and handle change requests by customers, as well as check that goods are in good condition
- Be acquainted with sales items and procedures in the department in order to provide accurate information to clients that can enhance sales transactions
- Develop sales strategies to reach new customers and also grab the attention of already existing ones to boost sales in the department
product features and benefits where applicable, and by offering suggestions and alternatives.
Desired Candidate profile :
Graduates with excellent people skills (Masters or PG Diploma in Retail Management and Sales preferred)
- 2-5 years of Retail Experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Positive approach and zeal to drive through allocated tasks
