Immediate opportunity for Store Managers for a leading ICE Cream Industry in India.

Position: Store Manager

Job Description:

Responsible for overall sales results, customer service

Communication effectively with all employees, including hiring, coaching training

Manage all operational processes including, ordering, inventory management and maintenance, scheduling and strategic planning

Responsible for maintaining safe and accurate cash handling by all employees

Problem-solving and good judgment of customers

Protects employees and customers by providing a safe clean store environment

Identifies current and future customers requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers

Good knowledge on P&L preparation

Analyzing proper merchandising techniques are implementing in the store

Maintain and ensure compliance with established food quality and standards

Assist employee teams to provide excellent customer service

Maintain proper sanitation, hygiene, standards in back line and maintain effective store presentation.

Graduation is Must.

Candidate should experience in Food store.

Minimum 2yrs of exp is a must.

Desired Profile

Job / Role Specification:

Qualification: Any UG Graduate.

Total Experience: Minimum two years experience from preferably same or food industry,

High Energetic with Relevant Experiences is highly preferable.
