Store Manager - Gems/Jewellery (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieving the daily sales target of the store.
- Ensuring high SSPD for all brands available.
- % growth in profitability of the store by managing the budget at optimum level.
- % growth store KPIs like conversion, itcm, asp, abv etc.
- Ensuring proper stock mix is available for consumer demand all the time.
- Controlling shrinkage.
- Team Management.
- Ensuring the visual display of the store as per the standards.
- Compliance with the company's processes.
Required Experience:
1. Must have handled a minimum of 5000 sqft store.
2. Must have a minimum experience of 5 years in leading a store
3. Must have handled a team size of 40+ members.
