Store Director - Sales - Art Porcelain Creations (4-6 yrs)
Main Purpose :
Day-to-day management of Lladr- boutique in accordance to brand standards. Improve the commercial performance by increasing turnover and maximizing profitability. Is primarily responsible for Retail Sales. The role will also involve Business Development and making Corporate Sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Retail Sales - Should be excellent in it
- Providing effective leadership - Managing and motivating team to increase sales
- Ensuring highest degree of customer service and in-store experience
- Ensuring brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards are met with
- Making monthly and weekly sales plans, ensuring execution, delivering needed results
- Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning
- Expanding HNI Database - Customer data to be well collected, updated & maintained
- Defining actions to attract new customers and old customers more often
Job Profile (for recruitment purpose only) :
Education : Bachelor / Masters - Degree / Diploma (Sales / Retail Sales)
Experience : 4 - 6 yrs of retail sales operational experience with luxury / Premium Brand
Languages : Fluent English & Hindi
Location : DLF Emporio mall, vasant kunj, Delhi
Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Pay : 55,000.00 - 65,000.00 per month
