About the job :

- Stoked is a rapidly growing kombucha company based in Gurugram, dedicated to producing high-quality, organic, and healthy kombucha products. We are seeking a sales and marketing manager to help us promote and sell our products in various offline channels, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and retail stores. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales and marketing manager with a background in hotel management to help us expand our offline presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, a passion for health and wellness, and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry

.Key responsibilities :

1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote Stoked's products in hotels, restaurants, cafes, and retail stores

2. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the hospitality industry, including hotel managers, restaurant owners, and food and beverage buyers

3. Identify new opportunities to promote Stoked's products in offline channels and develop partnerships to drive sales

4. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer preferences

5. Train and educate customers and staff about Stoked's products, including their health benefits, ingredients, and brewing process

6. Collaborate with the Stoked team to develop new products and packaging options to meet the needs of customers in offline channels

7. Attend industry conferences and events to promote Stoked's products and network with potential partners and customers.

Skills & Requirements :

1. Strong understanding of hotel management and the hospitality industry

2. Passion for health and wellness, and a strong interest in kombucha and fermented foods

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment

5. Comfortable with public speaking and presenting to groups

6. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

7. Ability to travel as needed
