Job Description :

- We are looking for a dedicated Sales Team leader to coordinate our sales team, ensure the team's sales are met and support the management. As a Sales leads you will perform sales management and administrative tasks and you are primarily responsible for setting goals, devising sales strategies, evaluating sales team performance, assigning task and providing support to the team. You will also responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis.

Experience : 3 - 4years

Roles and Responsibilities :

- One of the responsibilities of a team leader is to hold daily client meetings.

- You have a keen responsibility as a Team Leader to generate revenue for the company.

- You must meet 4 to 5 clients each day on Zoom or Google Meet in order to explain our product to them and persuade them to enroll.

- Your respective Manager will set weekly goals for you, and each month they will assess your total performance.

- You must obtain testimonials from past clients.

Required Skills and Knowledge :

- Graduate or Post Graduate in Business Management

- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Organizational and time-management skills

- Decision-making skills

- Excellent Verbal, Written and Interpersonal Communication Skills
