- Managing queries and messages, replying to people and engaging with audiences, known as community management
- Scheduling and delivering messages through an up-to-date content calendar
- Developing and implementing a social media strategy
- Monitoring customer issues and sometimes liaising with customers to answer their queries or problems
- Creating engaging content for the target audience to drive sales, maintain an online presence and get the maximum value from various social media platforms
